House of Blues Gospel Brunch at the Egyptian Room

This week I had the opportunity to attend the premiere of the House of Blues Gospel Brunch at the Egyptian Room at Old National Centre.

The show will debut on Mother’s Day right at noon. The delicious buffet is the precursor to an energetic stage show with gospel music front and center. The voices that graced the stage sound like they are from heaven themselves.

The wait staff is energetic, and will give your table instructions on how to best participate in the wave. There are “Gospel lines” (think conga line, but different), birthday spotlights and more fun.

If your kids are picky eaters, I have two words for you: Pancake Station. The food is delicious, the music is phenomenal, and Mom won’t have to do the dishes. It’s a win-win-win!

Admission:  Adults $31.50  Children and Seniors: $19.00  Children 6 and under: Free
